Report Parcel Issue
Please follow the instruction below.
Step 1
When you open the parcel, the zip should be tightened with a tag, see (b) in the illustration below. If the zip is broken, please take a picture, as illustrated (b), to show the zip/top is not tightened.
Step 2
Please count the items accordingly to the order invoice.
* We scan each item in the order to make sure it is complete before sending out the package. We appreciate your reporting so we can investigate further what we are missing.
If you can't find an item:
Please double check if the package is empty first. If you still cannot find the missing item, please submit with the pictures/videos as shown in the illustration (1) and (2) , these are required.
If you find an item is damged:
Please upload the picture/video to show the item is damaged upon delivery.

打開包裹時請檢查透明袋是否以索帶索緊並帶有提示卡片,請參見參考圖(b)。如果發現索帶已經損壞,請先拍一張透明袋不是緊閉狀態的照片作紀錄,請參見參考圖(b)。
步驟二
點算產品
*每一個包裹我們都在出貨前用系統掃描確保完好無缺,如有任何錯失,麻煩通知我們,我們會跟進及改進。
如發現缺少貨品:
請再次檢查紙箱內是否有貨品遺留,如仍然沒有找到缺少的產品,請跟據參考圖(1)及 (2)拍照或影片記錄,提交以下表格並上傳照片或影片。
1.已清空紙箱的照片紀錄,請參見參考圖(1)
2.之後再將所有產品排好,再拍一張您收到的所有產品照片,請參見參考圖(2)
3.如果打開包裹時,索帶已經損壞。 請參見參考圖(b)
如發現產品破損:
請上傳破損產品照片或者影片記錄
