螺片: 清竅明目、滋陰養顏

特級五指毛桃螺片湯（３至４人用）

成分：五指毛桃、蜜棗、淮山、螺片、圓肉、黃芪、陳皮

另選配料：瘦豬肉六兩(227克)，竹絲雞一隻

用法：

1. 螺片用清水浸透至軟身，期間經常換水。瘦豬肉及竹絲雞汆水。其他材料洗淨。

2. 將全部材料放入煲內，加水十二碗。

3. 以文火煲約兩至三小時，最後加適量食鹽調味。

儲存：請存放於陰涼乾燥處。

建議：陳皮帶少許苦澀味，可自行調校合適份量，烹煮前需先浸透並去囊洗淨。

Wu Zhi Mao Tao and Dried Conch Slices Soup (for 3-4 persons)

Ingredients: Wu Zhi Mao Tao, Candied Dates, Dioscoreae Rhizoma,

Dried Conch Slices, Longans, Astragali Radix, Tangerine Peel

Suggested Ingredient: 6 taels (227g) lean pork and 1 dark chicken

Directions:

1.Soak the dried conch slices until soft and change water frequently. Scald and rinse the meat beforehand. Wash all other ingredients.

2.Put all the ingredients into a pot with 12 bowls of water.

3.Boil for 2 to 3 hours in low heat. Season it with salt and serve.

Storage: Please keep in cool and dry place.

Suggestion: Tangerine peel is a little bit bitter in taste. Please adjust suitable amount, soak well and remove the albedo before use.

This product consists of natural ingredients which may be damaged by insects.
