如何使用

可供3至4人享用

存於陰涼乾爽處。若已開封或長時間存放不用,建議放入冰箱冷藏。

材料:湯料一包,肉類300克,水1500毫升。

普通煮法:將所有材料倒入鍋中,加水和肉。大火煮沸後,小火煮一個小時。

壓力鍋煮法:將所有材料倒入鍋中,加水和肉。大火煮5分鐘,水沸後,小火煮15分鐘,熄火。等到指示器下降,始可開蓋。

調味:加入適量醬油或鹽。

How to use

Serves 3 to 4 persons

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep refrigerated if packet is opened or to store for a long period.

Ingredients:One packet of soup ingredients, 300g of meat, 1500ml of water.

Conventional Cooker:Empty soup ingredients into pot. Add meat and water, and bring to boil. Simmer for 1.5 hours.

Pressure Cooker:Empty soup ingredients into pot. Add meat and water to boil for 5 minutes on high heat. After that, reduce heat and simmer for another 15 minutes. Follow precautionary procedure when using pressure cooker.

Seasoning:Add salt or soya sauce as desired.
